Triston & his crew did a fantastic job on our 24x36 pole barn pad. The entire process from beginning to end, as well as the final product exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend KCS for all your concrete needs.

Tristian came out in a timely manner, quoted me on the pour, and within about a week they had it formed and ready for the pour! A few days delayed because of weather which is fair but as soon as it was clear they executed. They even graded 3 loads of dirt next to the slab at no additional cost! Fair prices, professional, and a master at the trade. Very rare nowadays..

I recently had KCS Concrete extend my sidewalk from the front of my house to around the side to my existing parking pad. They also poured a 6 inch thick slab connecting my parking pad to my detached garage with rebar to support my 22,000 lb motor home. They ensured the proper sloping to keep any rain runoff from the buildings. They were very punctual, skilled, and graded/compacted the area around the slab. They were all very approachable and a pleasure to work with. I’m very pleased with the results and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I look forward to using them again in the near future.

New to Middleburg, we took a chance with KCS Concrete to finish our driveway. Triston, the owner, was very responsive and kept his words. His team did a great job with the driveway. They were very friendly and respectful. We are looking forward to working with Triston and his team on other projects at our house.

He came out, gave me a quote, and took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen, why it needed to be done that way, and how they approach concrete work. As a contractor myself, but in a different trade, I really appreciated how clearly everything was communicated. Triston answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed, even though we did not know a ton about concrete. The contract was also very informative and had everything broken down clearly. The job took three days from site prep through the final saw cuts, and everything turned out beautifully. They were transparent throughout the entire process and even took extra care when they had to open my garage doors by covering items in my garage to help keep dust off of them. The concrete pads came out great, the communication was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I had to make several calls to find someone to tear out and replace hazardous concrete steps. Only two said they install steps - KCS Concrete by far offered the best plan and sketch for the job. Everything had to be done to Triston's satisfaction. I appreciated the opportunity to see son and father work well together and the training opportunity they offered to newer employees. Excellent job, work site cleaned each day throughout the project. The work was well appraised by an engineering consult/friend and we received many praises from family and friends that experienced the before and after. Will look to KCS for future concrete work, and highly recommend their services.

My driveway they installed is just awesome, better than I imagined. Experienced and knowledgeable crew, they work very well together. When they tell you they will be at the job-site at 7 am, you can take that to the bank. Triston patiently explained every phase of the job, even cleaned up the adjacent weeded area as a complimentary service. I'm very very happy with their service and workmanship. It is very hard to find honest, conscientious contractors like them nowadays.
